Through VIE Consulting Group, founded in 2013, she and her team have helped organizations of all sizes strengthen their financial health and navigate growth during times of duress and transformation. Her passion lies in helping nonprofits and social enterprises reach their full potential.

Outside of her work with VIE, Sierra enjoys daily hikes, reading, art, studying French, and sharpening her chess game.
